    Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome the clients, visitors, or guests in the front office and maintain log records.
  • Providing information, forwarding calls, couriers, taking messages, and transferring information to the appropriate person.
  • Monitoring & Supervision of cleaning parts & security of lobby area, main entrance & lift.
  • Maintaining Complaint Register.
  • Verifying visitors and keeping a guest log of incoming and outgoing personnel.
  • Preparing Material Requisition as per requirement.
  • Supporting services as & when required to Building Manager or Management.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliance.
  • Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration and troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems
  • Operation, Maintenance and Upgrade of ERP software.
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Maintaining IP/PABX Solution with support whenever required.
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
  • The smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits.
  • Plan, installs and maintains local area networks including network servers, electronic components, networking software, workstations and other peripheral devices.
  • Troubleshoots hardware, software and networking problems, determines the cause of error or stoppage, applies corrective techniques in cases where problems can be corrected, may arrange for repair of faulty equipment or upgrade out-of-date systems.
  • Monitors performance of local area networks, tracks significant problems, evaluates usage and modifies hardware/software for optimal performance.
  • Performs daily network administration tasks such as creating user ids, maintaining groups, enabling printer sharing, managing security and backups.
  • Basic Knowledge in Software and Multimedia & IT support for any kind of function.
  • Must have excellent level of knowledge and experience with Apple, MAC devices.
  • Must be ready to do give emergency support 24/7 when required by supervisor/management.
  • Any other task assigned by management.
